- Freshmen Help
- Username may be one of three things:
- Your student ID # ex. 146043
- The letter 's' before you student ID # ex. s146043
- Or your Ferrum email ex. jksmith@ferrum.edu
- Password should match your Brightspace password
- If your are struggling to print, please check your internet connection
- You should be connected to either: FC WIFI or Ferrum College
- Guest WIFI will not work with Papercut
- Papercut isn't one of your listed printers?
- Open Google Chrome
- Search for Mobility Print Chrome Extension
- Add the extension to your chrome
