3D printing is available for academic purposes only unless otherwise approved. To obtain more information about 3D printing, please email

3D printing at Ferrum is here and available to the Ferrum College community! Stanley Library acquired the Creality CR-10 3D printer. The printer is currently being managed by library staff and is available to seen at certain times on the first floor of Stanley Library. 3D printing services are available to all Ferrum students, faculty, and staff free of charge.

There, you will find our printing policies and procedures, how to request a print job, and other information such as FAQs, a glossary of terms, and links to free 3D modeling software.
