The goals of the Bachelor of Arts in Music program are to develop musicianship and artistic sensibilities alongside business and technical skills in order for graduates to secure employment within the multi-billion-dollar global music industry. Ferrum College offers a wide variety of opportunities for students to continue their musical lives after high school. These opportunities include music major and non-major studies in the following instruments: Woodwinds, Brass, Piano, Percussion, Harp, Voice, and Appalachian Folk Instruments.
