Purpose - To promote the culture of gaming, whether it is played on a table top or a digital screen. To provide our fellow students with the opportunity to explore new games and experiences, and to collaborate with and compete against each other in these endeavors. To enable our students to explore their passions, develop new skills, and most importantly build lasting connections with each other that extend out beyond their time at Ferrum.
Mission - Ferrum College Gamers Guild was created to provide an opportunity for students to socialize and empower each other based on their shared hobbies of playing games, whether those be board games, card games, table-top expensive games, or video games. Most importantly, the Guild is about having fun and providing a space for anyone to share their gaming experiences with other students.
Vision - Ferrum College Gamers Guild hopes to provide a safe space for students who not only love gaming as leisure, but are interested in playing competitively. Together we want to empower a group of forward-thinking students who love to game, understand the importance of good sportsmanship and collaborative thinking, and want to enjoy their passions and interest with others.
