Library guide and research station for Sociology Program

About The Program

Sociology is the study of basic traits, values and beliefs and how the intersection of these concepts influence behavior of individuals, groups and society. Through completion of a well-rounded liberal arts core, courses in comparative theory, historic and present-day policy, and applied research dealing with human subjects, sociology majors will be prepared to succeed in career paths or graduate schools which demand a flexible, resourceful, critically thinking individual.
